OMPTUEX 2017 is set to open from May 30th to June 3rd, 2017. Based on the success of the previous edition, the 2017 COMPUTEX will return with new position as the best platform for “Building Global Technology Ecosystems” and highlight themes on AI & Robotics, Innovations & Startups, Business Solutions, IoT Applications, and Gaming & VR. Four featured exhibit areas will be set up in accordance with the themes: “SmarTEX” (featuring IoT applications), “InnoVEX” (exclusive platform for ICT startups), “Gaming & VR” (showcasing high performance gaming & VR devices), and “iStyle” (displaying Apple MFi certified peripherals & accessories).
The organizer, TAITRA, announces that this year’s COMPUTEX is going to host 1,600+ exhibitors in more than 5,010 booths. The registered exhibitors include world brand names such as Acer, Adata, ARM, ASRock, Asus, BenQ, Cooler Master, Dell, Delta, Gigabyte, G. Skill, Hisense, Intel, MediaTek, Micronics, Microsoft, MSI, NTT, Socionext, Supermicro, Thermaltake, and more. Many of them have supported COMPUTEX for years and will expand exhibiting space in 2017. The latest trends and new products staged at COMPUTEX will create great coverage from thousands of media worldwide as usual.
“InnoVEX”, the exclusive area for startups at COMPUTEX, expects more participation and attention. This year, InnoVEX will run from May 30th to June 1st and host the Pavilions from France, Korea, Denmark and more are on the way, as well as well-known startup bootcamps, accelerators, and global pitch award winners. In 2016, InnoVEX welcomed 217 exhibitors from 22 countries and attracted over 15,000 visitors in three days.
